About Amy

I became a Herbalist because I was frustrated.

I was frustrated with the health "care" I had received. It felt like being pushed through a system that had no time or answers. My body was attacking itself, but none of my doctors could explain why or help me understand what I could do to take charge of my health. I was stuck in a loop of appointments, tests, and expensive drugs with bad side effects. It felt like I was going crazy when doctors dismissed my symptoms or ignored my concerns altogether.

There is a better way to get the care you deserve.

My journey through the "healthcare system" led me to discover alternative healing approaches. Once I incorporated holistic medicine, my body began healing itself. The symptoms that had ruled my daily life became barely noticeable. I learned to communicate effectively with my providers, and they actually listened. More importantly, I learned to understand my own body.

Through Chinese Medicine, you can find answers.

That's why I became a Chinese Medical practitioner. To share this amazing medicine that treats the root cause of disease, not just symptoms. A medicine that treats you as a whole person, not just a collection of "complaints." When you walk through our doors, you'll experience healthcare that truly puts you first.

Your concerns will be heard. Your time is valued. Your healing journey matters.

As a nationally board-certified Acupuncture Physician and Herbalist with nearly 12 years in integrative health, my practice is genuinely patient-centered. I don't rely on expensive lab tests or confusing medical terminology. I believe you when you tell me how you're feeling, and together we build a treatment plan around what you can realistically commit to.

With post-graduate studies in Obstetric Acupuncture, I can safely treat many common pregnancy ailments. I provide a nurturing space for all pregnant people and their families, and even accept a few doula clients annually.

When I'm not in the clinic, I'm a Colorado native raising my daughters, Nova & Juniper, with my husband to be stewards of our mountain home. We're working toward our dream of completing our small cabin in Idaho Springs to live sustainably off-grid. And as a competitive powerlifter and Strong Woman, I'm always happy to nerd out about all things weightlifting.
