Read before booking your first appointment:

As a small practice, I reserve time just for you. Late cancellations and no-shows make it hard to offer that spot to someone else who may need care, so this policy helps keep things fair and ensures I’m compensated for the time I’ve set aside.


Cancellations & Reschedules

Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments changed with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the fee; no-shows are charged in full.
You can always reschedule online or call 303.900.2138. If something unexpected happens—like an emergency or bad weather—just reach out. If Clear Creek Schools are closed due to weather, all fees are waived.


Securing Your Appointment

A credit card is required to reserve your appointment and is stored securely. HSA and FSA cards are welcome. Payment is due at the time of service by cash, check, card, or gift certificate.


Insurance & Payment

I don’t bill insurance (health, auto, or workers’ comp) and am not in-network with any insurance providers. If you have out-of-network acupuncture benefits, I’m happy to provide a superbill for reimbursement. Full payment is due at the time of service.


Paperwork

All paperwork is completed digitally to keep things simple and paper-free. Please complete your intake forms at least 24 hours before your appointment so I can review your health history and prepare for your visit.


Running Late?

Please call if you’re running behind. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule to make sure there’s enough time for your treatment.
