Read before booking your first appointment:

I value our time together To make sure I can give you my best care, I prepare for each visit in advance. This policy helps ensure I can serve everyone who needs support.

24-Hour Cancellation Policy:

  • I understand life happens!  IF you need to cancel or change your appointment, please do so more than 24 hours in advance
  • Changes made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in a full charge
  • You can easily modify appointments online or call me at 303.900.2138 (feel free to leave a message)
  • Weather emergencies or true crises? Just let me know—I'm human too!

Credit Card Info:

  • First-time patients, please have a credit card ready when booking (HSA/FSA cards work for this)
  • Your card information is securely stored to make checkout smoother
  • You're welcome to use any payment method at your appointment, including HSA/FSA

Running Late?

  • Please give me a quick call if you're running behind
  • If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we might need to reschedule to ensure you get complete care
