In-system messaging:  As an established patient, you have the option to use my secure, HIPAA-compliant messaging system. It's an easy way for us to stay in touch about treatment questions and appointment times. If you'd like to set it up, just let me know and I'll send you an invitation.

A quick note about communication:  I’m a solo practitioner and I don’t have a receptionist. I genuinely value work-life balance, for myself and for my patients, so I check and respond to emails during my clinic hours. This sometimes means it might take a little longer to hear back from me than we’re all used to in a world that expects instant replies.

For clinical questions or concerns, I strongly recommend booking a consultation rather than emailing. This way, I can give your care the time and attention it deserves.

Store Policies

Ordering & Payment

All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. This applies to in-store pickup, shipping orders, and special orders.

Orders are fulfilled based on current stock availability. Because we work with small-batch and seasonal products, inventory may occasionally differ from what’s shown online, and some offerings are not available year-round.

If an item is unavailable after you place your order, we’ll reach out promptly to discuss options.

In-Store Pickup

In-store pickup orders are typically ready within 24–48 hours. You’ll receive a notification when your order is ready for pickup.

Orders must be picked up during regular store hours.

Special Orders & Custom Products

All special and custom orders must be paid for in advance.

Custom-made products require a consultation to ensure safety, appropriateness, and optimal results.

You’ll be notified when your order is ready, and it must be picked up during store hours. Because these items are made specifically for you, special and custom orders are final sale.

Please note: We no longer offer refills on kits.

Bulk Herbs

Bulk herbs are sold in ½ oz or 1 oz minimums, with a 4 oz maximum per herb.

If you need a larger quantity, we’re happy to special order additional amounts for you.

Bulk herbs are not currently available for online purchase. To request bulk herbs, please email us at clearcreekcountyacu@gmail.com with your list and quantities.

Shipping

Orders are shipped on Mondays and Fridays.

Please allow processing time before shipment, especially during busy seasons or holidays. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation with tracking details.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of the herbal and body care products we make:

  • We cannot accept returns on opened or used items
  • Custom items, special orders, kits, and bulk herbs are final sale

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery, and we’ll happily replace it or make it right.

  • Our products are crafted in small batches and may vary slightly in appearance, scent, or color from batch to batch.
  • Seasonal offerings rotate throughout the year and may not be restocked.
