Services are available by appointment only and can be scheduled online.
A quick note about communication:
I'm a solo practitioner and personally manage all scheduling, patient care, herbal consultations, medicine making, and business operations. Because I am often with patients, working in the apothecary, or away from work (my days off vary), I may not be immediately available to respond.
Online scheduling is the best way to view current availability and book appointments. If an appointment is available, it will be listed online.
Email is my preferred method of communication for non-urgent questions, product inquiries, herbal refill requests, and follow-up needs. I respond to messages during business hours as time allows.
Please do not text appointment requests, scheduling questions, product inquiries, or clinical questions. Text messages are not monitored for routine communication and may not receive a response. Texting is reserved for time-sensitive matters only, such as letting me know you are running late to an appointment.
My in-person appointments are limited and often book several weeks in advance. If you do not see a time that works for your schedule, I encourage you to join the waitlist.
All herbal consultations and herbal care services are available virtually throughout the United States, and custom herbal formulas can be shipped directly to your home.
For clinical concerns or health-related questions, I recommend scheduling a consultation so I can give your care the time and attention it deserves.

Store Policies
Ordering & Payment
All purchases must be paid in full at the time of purchase. This applies to in-store purchases, special orders, and shipping orders.
In-Store Pickup
In-store pickup orders are typically ready within 24–48 hours. You will be notified when your order is ready and must pick it up during regular store hours.
Special Orders & Custom Products
Special orders and custom-made products require payment in advance. Because these items are made specifically for you, they are final sale.
Custom herbal formulas and products may require a consultation to ensure safety, appropriateness, and the best possible results.
Bulk Herbs
Bulk herbs are sold in ½ oz or 1 oz minimum quantities, with a 4 oz maximum per herb. Larger quantities may be available by special order.
Bulk herbs are not currently available for online purchase. To request bulk herbs, please email clearcreekcountyacu@gmail.com with your list and requested quantities.
Shipping
Orders are typically shipped on Mondays and Fridays. Processing times may vary during busy seasons, holidays, or for custom products. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of the herbal, wellness, and body care products we offer:
• Opened or used items cannot be returned.
• Custom products, special orders, bulk herbs, and kits are final sale.
• If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery so we can make it right.
Product Information
Our products are handcrafted in small batches and may vary slightly in appearance, scent, texture, or color from batch to batch. Seasonal products may be available only for a limited time and may not be restocked.
