A 45–60 minute one-on-one virtual consultation to review your health history, current symptoms, and goals
A Traditional Chinese Medicine diagnosis to understand the underlying patterns in your body
A customized herbal strategy designed specifically for your needs, with formulas shipped directly to you
A Report of Findings visit with a personalized care packet including your treatment plan, nutrition and lifestyle recommendations, a wellness journal & symptom tracker, and a circadian rhythm reset tool
A 15-minute virtual touch base to answer questions and review your plan after you’ve received your packet
A first follow-up appointment is included, so we can assess progress and refine your formula

Do you ship herbal products?
Yes! Most formulas can be shipped within 24–48 hours of your consultation. Additional shipping fees apply. Please note: Chinese Herbal formulations may take longer, as I usually formulate them from a supplier and not from what I have in stock.

Do I need to be local to work with you?
I work with people across the United States! My herbal consults are virtual and I can ship your custom formulas anywhere within the U.S.

How do I take the herbs you give me?
I’ll include clear instructions with every formula, including how much to take, how often, and how to prepare it (if needed). You’ll always know exactly how to use what you receive.

Do you offer refills on custom formulas?
Yes, as long as your health needs haven’t significantly changed, and I have seen you within the last 6 months. Refill requests can be made by phone or email.

Do you accept insurance?
Herbal services are not covered by insurance, but I accept HSA/FSA cards and provide superbills for acupuncture-related herbal care if needed.

Can I book a quick consult just to ask a few questions?
I offer a free (in-person or virtual) consultation if you're not sure where to start. For basic questions about pre-made products, stop in during shop hours. If you need a custom blend or clinical recommendations, please book an appointment.
