Sweat Lodge Herbal Bath Soak
A warming, purifying blend inspired by ancient sweat rituals. Yarrow, Catnip, Bo He (field mint), Elderflower, and Ginger work together to open pores, release heat, and support natural detoxification. This invigorating soak promotes circulation, eases body tension, and helps the body let go of what it no longer needs—physically and energetically.
How to Use:
Add ½–1 cup to your bath and soak for at least 20 minutes.
• Bath Tea: Steep herbs in boiled water for 15–20 minutes, strain, and pour into your tub.
• Muslin Bag: Fill the included bag and drop directly into the bath—no straining needed.
• Messy Tub: Sprinkle herbs straight into the water; strain before draining.
